This refund policy covers all services provided directly by
DesignsAnHour or any website owned and managed by us, a creative digital agency. It does not apply to companies not owned or controlled by
DesignsAnHour, nor to individuals not employed or managed by us. This includes any third-party services, product providers, or external websites linked to from the
DesignsAnHour website.
Filing a Complaint
At
DesignsAnHour, we treat every project with the final result in mind. We believe both the client and our team share responsibility for achieving a satisfactory outcome. Every effort should be made to reach a mutually acceptable resolution in the event of dissatisfaction. A refund is considered only as a last resort.

Eligibility for Refund
We value every project and strive to deliver each one with the utmost care and professionalism. However, if a client remains dissatisfied despite our best efforts, refund requests will be considered according to the following guidelines:
Website / Web & Graphic Design
- Full Refund: If the project has not started or the initial design concept has not been approved. The refund process begins from the date of upfront payment and will be completed within 180 days.
- Partial Refund: If delivery delays occur after the initial design approval, a proportional refund will be made based on the work completed.
- No Refund: Once the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.
Logo Design / Brochure Design
- Full Refund: If the project has not started or the initial design has not been approved.
- Partial Refund: In case of failure to deliver as per the delivery agreement after the design approval.
- No Refund: Once the final files have been delivered or uploaded.
Web Programming
- Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated.
- Partial Refund: If the project cannot be completed as per the agreed scope and delivery policy. Refunds will be proportional to the work completed, determined by DesignsAnHour.
Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution)
- Full Refund: If work has not commenced by the assigned staff (developer, designer, content writer, SEO expert, etc.).
- Proportionate Refund: Based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- No Refund: For time or work already completed. Any concerns must be raised immediately with our project manager; retrospective claims will not be accepted.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
- Refunds are valid only when payments are cleared and up to date.
- Refunds are not applicable if delays occur due to incomplete or delayed client communication.
- Incomplete information provided by the client at project initiation releases DesignsAnHour from delivery and refund obligations.
- No compensation is provided for project delays unless explicitly stated in a signed contract containing a penalty clause.
Limitation of Liability
DesignsAnHour’s liability is limited to the portion of the project (as defined in the proposal) that remains incomplete. We are not responsible for any losses arising from provided or delayed services. Refunds are applicable only upon written cancellation by the client.
Processing of Refunds
- Partial Refunds: Processed within 180 business days from the cancellation date using the originally agreed payment method (e.g., cheque or credit card).
- Full Refunds: Processed within 50 business days from the cancellation date, using the agreed payment method.
Policy Changes
DesignsAnHour reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
