We provide revisions based on the package selected. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions, provided the core design concept remains the same. Each revision will be completed within a turnaround time of 48 hours.
Any funds deposited for a project are non-refundable after delivery, once the initial design concepts have been approved or a change has been requested, unless DesignsAnHour cancels or terminates your contract for reasons unrelated to your breach or non-performance.
All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. DesignsAnHour reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on user agreement terms.
Refunds for combined packages (e.g., logo and web design) apply individually. For instance, if the logo is approved, only the website portion remains eligible for a refund under the initial design conditions.
A valid refund claim must be supported by reasons that align with your original design brief and feedback. Refunds will not be issued if designs are created in accordance with the approved brief; instead, additional revisions will be provided until full satisfaction is achieved.
The money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. Clients who place identical orders with multiple design agencies to claim multiple refunds are not acting in good faith, and DesignsAnHour reserves the right to deny such requests.
Upon refund, all design rights are transferred to DesignsAnHour. You agree not to use, display, or claim ownership of any design or material provided. We work in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies to prevent re-use of refunded designs.

Once a refund is processed, DesignsAnHour retains all rights to the design and related materials. You will no longer have any ownership, usage, or display rights to the refunded design.
The My Account area allows direct communication with your designer. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor this area for updates, queries, or additional instructions. Failure to do so will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. If you are uncertain how to use the platform, please contact our support team for assistance.
Our designers work strictly according to your specifications provided in the order form. Every design undergoes thorough research to ensure top quality, originality, and relevance to your requirements.
We revise and refine your design until you are completely satisfied, as per your selected package terms.
Domain and hosting services are provided free with applicable website packages. Each email account includes 10MB of space and can be configured using third-party email software (e.g., Outlook). Clients who do not host their website with us will not receive email accounts.
Note: There are no refunds for domain, hosting, or email server packages.
All design files are delivered to your My Account area by the date stated in your Order Confirmation. You will also receive an email notification confirming delivery. Our revision and refund policies are subject to the delivery timestamp recorded in your account.
Design orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. We also offer Rush Delivery, where you can receive your first logo concepts within 48 hours for an additional fee of $100. For urgent requirements, contact our 24-Hour Customer Support.
We retain a record of your finalised design. If you require your files again in the future, they can be reissued upon request.

DesignsAnHour reserves the right to deny or terminate access to any services if the provided information is found to be incorrect or incomplete.
We do not store payment information for any purchases. Each new purchase is processed through a unique link for security purposes.

Our team assists with the integration of third-party plugins and APIs on a standard basis. DesignsAnHour is not responsible for third-party dealings during project development. Any additional or advanced integration work will require a separate fee agreement.
